    The second version of the Native Soccer Appreciation Awards (LFA Awards) has been launched at Chint Centre alongside Jinja Street in Kampala, with organisers promising an even bigger celebration of Uganda’s soccer trade.

    After the maiden version in 2025, the awards have expanded from 30 to 39 classes to recognise extra contributors throughout the native recreation.

    The launch, hosted by Gystin Angarukiremu, featured Vipers SC Sporting Director Charles Masembe, analyst Aldrine Nsubuga, CHINT Head of Company Affairs John Kimbowa, and Leero Sports activities Managing Director Raymond Kayungirizi, who represented the organisers.

    The awards ceremony is scheduled for June, with nominees and voting set for Could. Organisers have additionally launched a Legends Dinner on June 5, with tickets priced at Shs100,000.
