Tunisia Head Coach Sami Trabelsi has named his final 28-man squad for the upcoming Africa Cup of Nations tournament to be held in Morocco.
Trabelsi has opted for continuity with influential midfielders Ellyes Skhiri and Hannibal Mejbri, who both missed the side’s recent outings, returning to the fold.
Regular figures like Ali Maâloul, Ferjani Sassi, Mohamed Ali Ben Romdhane, Elias Saad, Sébastien Tounekti and Seifeddine Jaziri are the other notable inclusions.
Amor Layouni who plays for Hacken in Sweden and Monaco’s Nacim Dendani are the most notable exclusions.
Tunisia, who are pitted in Group C alongside Uganda, Tanzania and Nigeria, will be seeking their second AFCON title having last won in 2004.
