The semi-finalists of the CAF Confederation Cup will be decided this weekend as the quarterfinals conclude with the second leg clashes across the continent.

With three of the four fixtures level on aggregate after the first leg, all is still to play for.

In the tournament’s first clash of the weekend, CR Belouizdad will look to make the most of home-ground advantage against Al Masry at the Stade de Nelson Mandela in Algiers. Kick-off is at 9pm CAT.

The two sides drew 1-1 in the first leg of their clash in Suez, Egypt, courtesy of a late equaliser in second half stoppage time from 21-year-old Lofti Boussouar, cancelling out Salah Mohsen’s 55th minute penalty.

Having fallen at this stage last season, Al Masry will be looking to go a step further in the continental competition.

In the first of Sunday’s three games, Zamalek will be aiming to overcome AS Otohô at the Cairo International Stadium in Cairo. Kick-off is at 6pm CAT.

The Egyptian giants drew 1-1 with the Congolese outfit in the first leg thanks to first half goals from Otohô’s Charles Konde and their own Oday Dabbagh.

Against stubborn opposition, Zamalek will have to bring their A-game.

The second last fixture of the weekend presents a Moroccan derby rematch as Wydad AC hosts OC Safi at the Stade Mohammed V in Casablanca, kicking-off at 8pm CAT.

The two rivals shared the spoils in the first leg, with plenty of drama in the closing stages.

The Red Devils dominated the statistics in the first leg, managing 16 shots, five shots on target and six big chances created. They will be looking for a similar performance with a better outcome on Sunday.

The quarterfinals wrap up with a 9pm kick-off, as Maniema Union will hope to keep its advantage against USM Alger at the Stade du 5 Juillet 1962 in Algiers.

The Congolese side emerged as 2-1 winners in the first leg, with goals from Clément Pitroipa and Exaucia Moanda handing the club the lead on aggregate.

However, the Algerian outfit will hope to produce a performance worthy of the semi-finals as they look to mount a comeback at home.
